The Secretary General of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro Mišela Manojlović and the Director of the Institute for Social and Child Protection of Montenegro Ana Kulić Ratković signed a memorandum of cooperation between these two institutions.
The document states that, starting from the shared responsibility of the state and local self-governments in achieving the public interest in the field of social and child protection 
protection, the signatories express their readiness to establish continuous, systematic, and partnership-based cooperation with the aim of improving the availability, quality, and efficiency of social and child protection services at the local level.
It is planned that the cooperation will also be carried out through joint meetings, working groups, the exchange of information and data, and similar activities. In accordance with the memorandum, it will enable the active involvement of service providers at the local level in research and analytical processes, the measurement of user satisfaction and the adaptation of services to their actual needs, the joint creation of recommendations and measures for improving the social and child protection system, as well as support for the drafting and implementation of local action plans, and the organization of trainings, educational activities, and professional gatherings.
