Milica Radojičić

Milica Radojičić rođena je u Baru 1989. godine. Svoju karijeru gradila je kroz rad u jedinicama lokalne samouprave i državnim institucijama gdje je stekla bogato iskustvo u oblasti međunarodne saradnje, diplomatskih odnosa, upravljanja projektima finansiranih od strane EU i rada sa dijasporom.
She graduated from the University of Aldo Moro in Bari (Italy) at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature, and at the same university completed the master’s programme “Euro-Mediterranean Master in Cultures and Tourism.” In addition, she attended the Professional School “Euro-Mediterranean Studies 2012” in Portorož, Slovenia.
She further enhanced her professional skills at the Diplomatic Academies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro and the Federal Republic of Germany, where she attended training programmes for young diplomats from the Western Balkans.
From 2013 to 2016, she worked at the Municipality of Bar in the Office of the Mayor, and from 2016 to 2024 at the Administration for Cooperation with the Diaspora – Emigrants of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, later the Diaspora Administration and the Ministry of Diaspora.
Earlier in her career, she gained experience through internships at the Embassy of Montenegro in Rome and the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro, where she worked on international cooperation activities.
She passed the state administration exam and the diplomatic-consular exam, and has been a member of several working groups related to diaspora issues and development cooperation. She has also actively participated in international conferences and panel discussions.
She speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
