PUBLIC CALL FOR EXTERNAL EXPERTS IN THE FIELD OF MANAGEMENT
EU AND OTHER PROJECTS
SUBJECT
The subject of this public call is the application for experts to join the Network of External Experts with experience in drafting and/or implementing projects funded by the EU and other funds in all areas of interest to local self-government units in Montenegro.
External experts may be natural persons with residence/place of stay in Montenegro.
II Selection Criteria
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the preparation and/or implementation of projects funded by the EU and other funds;
- References demonstrating experience in performing the tasks required by the Public Call.
Proof of Fulfillment of Requirements:
- A copy of an ID card or a certificate of residence;
- A CV containing information on experience in tasks that are the subject of the Public Call;
- References containing an overview of all approved/implemented projects (including the project title and the programme under which it was funded), a brief project description, the type of engagement (drafting/implementation), the project results, as well as contact details of an authorized person for reference verification.
The Union of Municipalities of Montenegro reserves the right to verify the information provided in the references.
III Method of Application
Applications, along with proof of meeting the requirements set out in this Public Call, shall be submitted electronically to the email address: simona.boskovic@uom.co.me or by mail to the address of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro ul. Avda Međedovića 138, 81000 Podgorica, in a sealed envelope marked: “Application to the Public Call for External Experts in the Field of Project Management.”
The call for submission of applications is permanently open.
IV Method of Cooperation with the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro
Members of the Network of External Experts monitor and inform the Union of Municipalities and LSGUs about current EU calls and other available donor funding opportunities in areas of importance for local self-governments in Montenegro.
The Union of Municipalities identifies the interest of local self-government units in applying under specific calls and facilitates the establishment of cooperation between external experts and local self-government units, under terms mutually agreed upon, and monitors their implementation.
In the event that an EU call or a call for other available donor funding is of common interest to all local self-government units in Montenegro, the Union of Municipalities may act as a project partner.
