Based on Articles 7 and 8 of the Rulebook on Trainings, No. 02-30/25 of 8 May 2025, the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro hereby announces
PUBLIC CALL
FOR THE SELECTION OF TRAINERS AND PRACTITIONERS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRAINING PROGRAMME
OF UNION OF MUNICIPALITIES OF MNTENEGRO
All interested individuals who meet the requirements and possess the necessary knowledge and skills for the implementation of the Training Programme of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro may apply to this call.
- Requirements for Trainers:
- Level VII1 qualification of education, 240 ECTS credits,
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field for which the training is conducted, and
- training skills.
Required Documentation:
- application form (annex);
- curriculum vitae (CV) demonstrating work experience in the field or topic for which the applicant is applying under the public call;
- proof of completed education;
- confirmation from the relevant authority of relevant work experience;
- a copy of the certificate of completed Training of Trainers (ToT);
- a certificate confirming experience in delivering trainings, issued by the state administration authority responsible for human resources or another relevant institution for which the candidate conducted the training (optional);
- Requirements for Practitioners:
- Level VII1 qualification of education, 240 ECTS credits;
- at least 3 years of practical experience in the field for which the training is conducted.
Required Documentation:

- curriculum vitae (CV);
- proof of completed education;
- confirmation from the relevant authority of relevant work experience;
- a certificate confirming experience in delivering trainings, issued by the state administration authority responsible for human resources or another relevant institution for which the candidate conducted the training (optional).
The Public Call for the selection of trainers and practitioners for the implementation of the Training Programme of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro is permanently open. The procedure for verifying the eligibility of candidates for trainers and practitioners, as well as the selection procedure for practitioner candidates, is carried out by the Commission. The selection of practitioner candidates is conducted based on the results of an interview, a presentation of a part of the training on one or more topics for which the candidate is applying, with a duration of 10 minutes, and an agenda that includes the training topic elaborated by sections organized within defined time frames.
