| Main Results | The main results of the PADRION project are the development of local digital agendas, analysis of the situation by country and the preparation of Local Digital Agendas, the definition and testing of innovative digital solutions for improving public services, and the development of a Joint Action Plan as a guide for long-term sustainability. In this way, the project aims to create digital models that will be applicable in different territorial contexts, with the goal of making digital services more accessible, inclusive, and tailored to the real needs of local communities, while simultaneously encouraging cooperation between institutions, citizens, and the economy.
The lead partner is the digital support organization of the Emilia-Romagna Region, “Lepida”, and the project partners, in addition to the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, include the Development Agency of Lika-Senj County – LIRA (Croatia), the Regional Development Agency JUG (Serbia), the Municipality of Elbasan (Albania), the Development Association of Western Athens (Greece), the Municipality of Egaleo (Greece), the Municipality of Piacenza (Italy), and the Center for Development of the Skopje Planning Region (North Macedonia). PADRION is a project dedicated to the digital transformation of public administration in the Adriatic-Ionian region, with the aim of strengthening digital skills, connecting public administrations, businesses, and citizens, and improving digital inclusion, particularly of women. The project develops three digital tools, models of Local Digital Agendas and Thematic Communities of Practice, while the solutions are tested in seven countries to ensure their applicability in different local contexts. Through partner collaboration and practical steps defined in the Action Plan, PADRION provides concrete solutions for digital transition and contributes to improving quality of life through more accessible, efficient, and inclusive public services. 1Padrion_brochure_digital_montenegrin_v1.pdf |
