Awarding Ceremony for the Best Practices in Local Government in Montenegro 2015 was organized on 28th December 2015 in Podgorica. The Program has been implemented for 8 years by the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro in the partnership with the Ministry of the Interior and with the support of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe – OSCE Mission to Montenegro.

Presentation of applied practices for Program Best Practices in Local Self-Government in Montenegro for 2015

izborni panel_Within the project  “The program of best practice in local government in Montenegro for 2015”, the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and with the support of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Mission to Montenegro, organized on  12.11.2015. in  Podgorica a meeting of the Selection Panel with representatives of local governments which were presented practices nominated for the status of best practices in 2015 in Montenegro.

The meeting was attended by election panel, composed of: Mr.Refik Bojadzic member (Union of Municipalities) and members Ms.Svetlana Vukovic (Human Resources Management Authority), Ms.Ana Novakovic, (Centre for Development of NGOs), Ms.Olivera Grbovic, (Ministry of Interior), Ms.Snezana Mugosa, (Ministry of Finance), Ms.Snezana Mijuskovic, (Commiittee for Social Affairs) and Ms.Svetlana Lausevic (OSCE Mission to Montenegro), as well as representatives of local governments.



Call for Applications for Best Practices in Local Government in 2015

Najbolje prakse 2015The Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior and with the support of the OSCE, continues with the implementation of the “Programme of Best Practice in Local government.”
Many years of implementation of this project indicates that our members are supporting such actions and consider them useful, as confirmed by the large number of applications in the previous competitions for the selection of best practices in local government.

Election Panel composed of: Mr. Refik Bojadzic (Union of Municipalities of Montenegro), Mr. Senad Crnovrsanin (Ministry of the Interior), Mrs. Tatjana Vujosevic (Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism), Mrs. Zana Radulovic (Ministry of Economy), Mr. Igor Vucinic (Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare), Mrs. Ana Novakovic (Centre for Development of NGOs), Mrs. Svetlana Lausevic (OSCE Mission to Montenegro) within the selection procedure of best practices in the framework of “Best Practice Program in Local Government in Montenegro″, on the session held on December 3rd 2014 in Podgorica, made the Decision on Best Practices in Local Government 2014.

prezentacija najbolje prakse December 1st 2014 – Within the project “Best Practice Program in Local Government in Montenegro 2014”, the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior and with the support of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, organized the Election Panel meeting in Podgorica, on 1st December 2014.
Practices proposed for the status of best practices in 2014 in Montenegro were presented by the representatives of local governments.



Call for Proposal for Best Practice in a Local Government 2014

Korica-Najbolje prakse 2014The Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, in the cooperation with the Ministry of Interior and with the support of OSCE Mission to Montenegro, continues with the realization of the project “Best Practice Program in a Local Government”.

A long term realization of this project indicates that our members support such activities and consider it as a very useful. This is confirmed by a great number of applications on the previous calls for proposal for the best practice in a local government.

Selection Panel, composed of Mr. Igor Golubović (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development), Mrs. Snežana Mugoša, MA (Ministry of Finance), Mr. Radomir Ivanović (Ministry of the Interior), Mr. Branko Banović, PhD (ethnologist – anthropologist) and Mrs. Vanja Starovlah (Union of Municipalities of Montenegro), within procedures of the selection of best practices in the framework of the Program “Best Practices in Local Government”, at the session held on 27 November 2012 in Podgorica, made DECISION on the selection of best practices in local government in Montenegro for 2012



Meeting of the Selection Panel for the Program “Best Practice in a Local Government in Montenegro”

On 19 November 2012, meeting of the Selection Panel for the Program “Best Practice in a Local Government in Montenegro” was held in Podgorica. The Union of Municipalities of Montenegro in partnership with the Ministry of the Interior and OSCE Mission continues with the implementation of the Program. The main goal of this program is to identify, publicly reward and share best practices among local communities in Montenegro.
