“On Friday, 6 February, the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro is organizing training for the implementation of the new Law on Business Companies, with a presentation of model statutes for limited liability companies and joint-stock companies.”
The lecturers will be Borjanka Vučeljić, an expert in corporate law, and Mišela Manojlović“, the Secretary General of the Union of Municipalities, with special emphasis to be placed on the numerous difficulties faced by companies in their efforts to align their operations with the new legal provisions.”
“The training is intended for chief administrators, secretaries, and officials of local self-government secretariats who supervise all companies founded by the municipality, as well as employees in companies across all sectors.”
“The training will be held in the multimedia hall of the Assembly of the Capital City, starting at 10 o’clock.”
