The Union of Municipalities is organising a training session on “Public Procurement Procedures”. The aim of the training is to clarify issues arising in the practical application of specific provisions of the Public Procurement Law and the relevant Rulebook, as well as to facilitate networking and the exchange of views among participants. This training will focus on presenting recent developments in the public procurement system, with particular emphasis on the economic operator’s statement, as a large number of local self-government units have specifically requested that this topic be addressed.
The training is intended for public procurement officers in local self-government units and public services established by municipalities.
The trainers are Gorana Mrvaljević and Farisa Kurpejović, from the Directorate for Public Investment Management and Public Procurement Policy at the Ministry of Finance.
