Interview with the Secretary General of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro for the CdM portal on the Union’s new project aimed at providing comprehensive support to children and young people without parental care from the “Mladost” Children’s Home in Bijela, both during their stay at the institution and after leaving it.
Although the project is still in its initial phase, it has received UNICEF support in securing funding for the initial activities. The first step has been taken by engaging a clinical psychologist specialized in personality assessment to develop a psychological support programme, and by launching a public call for the engagement of a legal expert for the implementation of the Project to Support Children without Parental Care.
