Joint meeting of the Monitoring Delegation of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, within the framework of the post-monitoring mission to Montenegro, with members of the Montenegrin delegation to the Congress, representatives of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, the Ministry of Public Administration, the Ministry of Finance, the Parliament of Montenegro, as well as the full member of the Group of Independent Experts of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe for Montenegro Hanom Šarkinović-Köse, will be held at the premises of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro in Podgorica, 138 Avda Međedovića Street, on Monday, 1 December 2025, at 11:00 a.m.
