The Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior and with the support of the OSCE, continues with the implementation of the “Programme of Best Practice in Local government.”
Many years of implementation of this project indicates that our members are supporting such actions and consider them useful, as confirmed by the large number of applications in the previous competitions for the selection of best practices in local government.
Applications for the award and obtaining the status of best practices may be submitted by 5 thematic areas, namely:

Management of local public finance in order to create sustainable communities
Human resource management at the local level
Innovative practices in communication with citizens
Women’s entrepreneurship at the local level
Initiatives for young people at the local level

Applications for the contest for the best practice may be submitted by 13 November 2015.

We invite you to join in this project and participate in inter-municipal sharing of positive experiences.
