On Best Practices in Local Government 2014
1. Best practice on the topic “Making a favorable business environment to attract investments at the local level” is practice of
- Old Royal Capital of Cetinje – “Incentive Program”- INVEST IN Cetinje “
2. Best practice on the topic “Transparency of the performance of local government in the anti-corruption activities at the local level” is practice of
- Capital City of Podgorica – “Strengthening of partnerships with citizens in the general regulations decision making and development plans adoption of the Capital City”
3. Best practice on the topic “Energy Efficiency in the local government” is practice of
- Municipality of Tivat –“Improvement of energy efficiency through the activities of local government”
4. Best practice on the topic “Development and providing of social services at the local level” is practice of
- Municipality of Pljevlja – “Providing social services in the municipality of Pljevlja”.
Election Panel decided to award a special prize on the topic “Making a favorable business environment to attract investments at the local level” to
- Municipality of Zabljak for the practice “Construction of Hall of Sports”.
